The existing membrane is encapsulated and permanently converted to a renewable system with low maintenance costs for the life of the building. The system is cleaned and coated on a 10-year interval to extend the warranty.

A 3-man crew can restore 10,000 sq.ft. per day without pumping equipment. This lowers net applied costs to the building owner vs. high labor systems.

Accounting Advantages

Because the Polymeric Solutions system can be installed in phases, the customer has a number of accounting options. Some phases may be expensed as maintenance. (Consult your accountant.)

Seam and Flashing Warranties

Seams and flashings can be encapsulated without finishing the entire roof to solve immediate problems at reduced cost. Those funds are then saved from the expense of a future restoration of the field.

Black systems converted to white can lower energy costs by 27- 67% and reduce urban environmental heating.

Shrinkage Control

Membranes with shrinkage have the damaged areas replaced during the restoration with technology that has a higher wind rating than the original. These systems can also be sold and warranted separately if the roof has no other problems.

Deferred Financing Program

Polymeric Solutions Asset-Guard program offers 4-10 year plans to phase in the system that defers the financing of the roof to match the cash flow of the property. Systems are designed to offer a complete watertight facility from year 1 beginning with the worst areas of the roof. Polymeric Solutions versatile systems match the roofs condition and allow the time value of money to lower the net cost of roofing.

Lifetime Warranty Program

Polymeric Solutions Special Lifetime warranty covers the roof for the life of the building. The program includes bi-yearly inspection and application of a special finish coat on a prearranged interval. Systems under the program are guaranteed renewable and are fully transferable. There is no better warranty available.
