High-Risk Storm Protection

Applications on concrete can carry an all-risk warranty against storm damage up to 225 MPH winds. If the deck is standing, the warranty is in effect. Applications over plywood can be warranted against hail up to 1/2" and winds to 100 mph. There is no better storm protection available.

Deferred Financing Program

Polymeric Solutions Asset-Guard program offers 4-10 year plans to phase in the system that defers the financing of the roof to match the cash flow of the property. Systems are designed to offer a complete watertight facility from year 1 beginning with the worst areas of the roof.
